The Hong Kong Sinfonietta invites applicants to fill the following vacancies commencing April 2008:
1. Concertmaster
2. Tutti Violin
3. Principal Cello
4. Principal Double Bass
5. Principal Flute
Applicants should have completed musical training at an accredited institution and should have orchestral experience.
Successful candidates would be expected to work an average of 200 sessions a year ? which translates to about 70 performances.
Remuneration package includes basic monthly salary, extra-session payment, end-of-contract gratuity and MPF.

Live auditions will take place between 27 and 29 February 2008. Applicants will be notified of the exact audition date latest by 11 February 2008. Applicants may send video tapes although preference will be given to live attendees. Audition repertoire will be posted on the orchestra's website from 25 January 2008.
